Position : International Freight Customer Service Executive (M/F -1 Post)

Responsibilities:
v Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
v Coordinate freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and tracing cargo.
v Ensure timely and accurate processing of import and export documentation.
v Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics partners to arrange transportation.
v Communicate proactively with customers to update them on shipment status and resolve any issues.
v Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints.
v Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation and correspondence.
v Collaborate with internal teams to optimize freight operations and meet customer requirements.
v Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
v Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
v Previous experience in international freight forwarding or logistics customer service.
v Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
v Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
v Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
v Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
v Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
v Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
v Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
v Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
