Position : Admin HR Executive (M/F- 1 Post)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resources, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Ø Monitor and manage Innovix HR Software, ensuring accurate and efficient HR processes.
Ø Handle compensation and benefits processes, including SSB, income tax, and other related matters.
Ø Manage employee transfers, promotions, terminations, and separations in compliance with company policies.
Ø Prepare monthly and yearly HR reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ø Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, placing orders as needed.
Ø Establish and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Ø Handle administrative expenses, payments, and contractual matters.
Ø Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and address any issues as they arise.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Ø Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Ø Knowledge of HR software and systems, particularly Innovix HR Software.
Ø Familiarity with compensation and benefits processes, including SSB and income tax.
Ø Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ø Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
