Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the logistics sector.

Ø  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.

Ø  Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

Ø  Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.

Ø  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Ø  Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

Ø  Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.

Qualification And Experience:

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Ø  Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the logistics industry.

Ø  Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

Ø  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ø  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ø  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Ø  Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Ø  Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
