Position               : Operation Executive (M/F -1 Post)

As a Logistic Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of our logistics processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from origin to destination, optimizing routes, and managing resources to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

v  Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

v  Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues.

v  Optimize transportation routes for cost efficiency.

v  Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate logistics activities.

v  Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations.

v  Maintain accurate documentation and records.

v  Analyze logistics data for process improvements.

v  Collaborate with internal teams for alignment.

v  Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualification And Experience:

v  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

v  Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role.

v  Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.

v  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

v  Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems and transportation management systems (TMS).

v  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

v  Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

v  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

v  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
